This hand-thrown mug by Deneen Pottery features the honu (green sea turtle), which is found in the waters off of all seven of our partner parks and represents the projects we support, such as the hawksbill sea turtle monitoring project in Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. Honu are culturally significant – often regarded as ‘aumakua or guardians.
